Body-Centered Expressive Therapy can address a variety of issues including body tensions, grief, exploration of limiting beliefs, feeling of "stuckness," and greater awareness of how we meet our needs.
Grief Recovery Workshops can help with the grieving process naturally associated with loss, such as death, divorce, major illness, retirement, or loss of a pet.
What age group do you work with?
Body-Centered Expressive Therapy clients can range from 6 to 106. Grief Recovery Workshop participants are generally teens and older, unless private family sessions include younger children.
Do you offer a senior citizen discount?
Senior citizens receive a 10% discount.
How does Body-Centered Expressive Therapy differ from “traditional” therapy?
BCET is a body-based therapy employing visual, kinesthetic, and verbal intelligences. Through these we focus on the body's voice and listen to its messages.
Connecting to our body's truths offers the possibility of seeing the heart of the matter in fewer sessions than "traditional" therapy.
